I've just spent some time reviewing MSM's announcements over the last couple of months and it looks we are in for some very exciting times ahead.

If you look at the pipeline of potential announcements that could hit the market, it's not surprising that volume is slowly beginning to build.

Megastar: Cricket
- According to the announcement made on 15 July 2019 (MSM SECURES US$2M MOBILE GAMING AND ESPORTS AGREEMENT, 15 July 2019), Appendix A outlines how the company will receive five milestone payments over the next year upon achievement of the following milestones:
1) US$100,000 by 31 August 2019 to commence the build of the new Megastar cricket platform for the Territory (hereinafter the “Cricket Platform”);
2) US$100,000 upon MSMCI completing the first build of the Cricket Platform;
3) US$100,000 upon MSMCI completing the alpha version of the Cricket platform;
4) US$100,000 upon MSMCI completing the beta version of the Cricket Platform; and
5) US$100,000 upon MSMCI completing the delivery of the completed Cricket platform.

- The RIVA Group are focused on creating a "cricket specific competition headed by well-known cricketing figures". This will be a great marketing and promotional driver.. imagine RIVA score a big name like Shah Rukh Khan (Megastar India) or Sachin Tendulkar (Megastar Cricket). Megastar: India
- The agreed royalty of 5% of Gross revenue derived from competitions with a minimum guarantee of US$500,000 paid annually will continue after the milestone payments are completed. (MSM SECURES US$2M MOBILE GAMING AND ESPORTS AGREEMENT, 15 July 2019)
- The Megastar India music component will feature "genre-specific competitions rather than a mix of all talents" - Paul Roy - Market Update (1 April 2019).
- Genre-specific competitions will allow RIVA to "attract celebrities from that specific field who can headline that particular competition". Paul Roy - Market Update (1 April 2019).

New Esports Platform Being Developed by RIVA
- MSM will licence out its Megastar online competition platform for use across other sectors and genres of the global mobile competition framework. RIVA's Esports talent identification platform will be the first product developed using Megastar's IP and platform. - Quarterly Activities and Cash Flow Report (30 April 2019)

RIVA Game Development (Universe of Legends + More...)
- The Riva Group in partnership with Los Angeles-based Firefly Games have developed the cutting-edge Dreamworks: Universe of Legends Mobile Game where Shrek meets Kung-Fu Panda in a Dreamworks Hero mashup.
- As mentioned in the RIVA Partnership Update on May 7 2019, the UoL game has achieved over one million pre-registrations on the Google Play store. As with other titles on the Firefly Games catalog, the studio releases games on the Apple App Store as well, so we can expect massive numbers of downloads when it's officially launched on both Google Play and Apple. Assuming that monetization is available in the game, this has all the makings for a serious revenue generating opportunity for MSM.
- Potentially new games developed by Firefly Games are in the pipeline and will be announced down the line (IMO).

Relaunch of the Megastar Platform
- Hopefully we receive some news about MSM's planned approach to relaunching the Megastar app and whether we will see a revival of the WWT concept or whether the approach to the tournament has been redesigned and re imagined.
