From the June 2020 investor presentation: "Delecta Limited has acquired 60% of Sunrise Minerals Inc which holds the REX Uranium-Vanadium Project" (slide 3).

Private company? Shell? There was a Sunrise Minerals Inc. listed on the TSX-V (ticker: SUN) that was delisted in 2008. Why no disclosure about Sunrise in the presentation?
