It is only an advantage where there are synergies, or you are not already in control. ILU have 51% of the project already - ADN will likely dilute further - maybe to 30 -40% to be taken to Bankable feasability (they would have to raise the cash somehow). And then may dilute furthe as they are high costs getting these things together. For ILU all ADN's other resources are not much use - so they can probably takeover a large part of the project they are interested through the JV. It is too early for there to be any other significant synergies from my viewpoint.
