I'm going to try Tues as a total fast. It's an easy day for me and might be the right day to start. Fridays was the other day from a religious POV but I've got too much happening on Friday.
I think there's just one thing to be mindful of and that is a sudden sugar rush after the fast, just from a common sense POV rather than a medical or scientific; could cause issues.
