It's a mega-billion scam, but only because the scammers-in-chief have control of major financial/governmental/ mass media infrastructure where it matters.
And billions of young people are easily led and controlled because that's the world they've been brought up & educated in.
And those same young people are being corralled into a lifestyle and living conditions which they will find increasingly coercive and not of a standard they aspired to.
