AI only had an offer of $0 for a share of the AI rights and a promise to invest $18m into AI to get it to a marketable state. I don't think anyone will pay very much just for AI itself.
The medical devices are intriguing in that we don't know if they turn much profit as it's not clearly divided in the books. I don't think it's worth as much as people hope.
