Just went and checked it out. It's in the announcement made 6th April this year titled 'Paradigm's Latest Corporate Presentation'. In it they give the range US $50-100K.
I'd say insurance companies would mostly be footing the bill. They can charge so much because our MAGIC JUICE has been given orphan drug status for MPS in the US.
