i ve operated in Malaysia and Indonesia (timber) When you get succesfull, EVERYBODY comes to ask for money without shame. You dont pay, you cant operate.
(at least in Malaysia the corruption was honest, there we only had to pay everybody onces. In Indonesia.......)
