    Hey

    I am not referring to that property now. However, if I had a property on the market ' over the odds ' that has a real rental of $250 pw I could put a mate in there for 6 months on a lease for $400 and give them a rebate of $150 pw cash. Over a 6 month lease it would cost me about $3,800 and then sell it to someone who buys based on yields.

    Dishonest I know but I don't believe anything on face value when someone is selling something.

    People lose money on property because they don't do the research, those that research and buy quality, well located and funded property......make money....simple.
