Somewhere in my previous "horses have bolted" analogy there lies a petrified skelton of Hank Paulson and tumbleweed.

The absence of regular and open discussion in mainstream media of all these issues is truly concerning. I just read various articles regarding the inevitable ARM's housing crisis which are considered far worse than the subprime crisis. If my eyes didn't decieve me the US is considering now buying up these housing loans.

When the US owns the banks, major industries such as GM and the land and houses at what point is it considered a communist run state.

The irony, if not poetic justice, is of Shakespearian proportions.
