"technically, the shareprice has just slipped out of it's long term downtrend, given it a little backtest, and seems intent on moving on out. without much fanfare, the door has just been opened for some explosive breakout moves once the market finally opens it's eyes.

This sort of basing on the chart is not a coincidence. if the market thought that the license were a problem, the shareprice would have hit new lows and carried on. instead it double bottomed and is now tinkering on a breakout.

imo buying support has appeared from some undisclosed source, and is quite probably a new generation of accumulators getting set for what they believe is a natural positive cycle in the life of this (or any) mining stock."
