OK. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'd suspect those drug dealers were politically connected and not paying "revolutionary tax".

When I said "foreign forces" I meant multinational corporations. I was ad libbing their lingo. I did not mean to infer the NPA are fighting the American military because as far as I know they are not. That is in part why I, (perhaps falsely), believe that as a whitey I am a bit safer from the NPA than a local. I believe that the NPA wouldn't want to incur the scrutiny and action of foreign military forces like the Abu Sayaf and some factions of the MILF have done by targetting foreign personell.
