Agree totally on Google - wouldn't ever touch this with a bargepole.
For Resmed - and many other overseas stocks that trade in the US, you have to find out how they're packaged. Usually, the "unit" that is traded in the US is some multiple number of shares.
Looks to me like the US "ResMed" unit is actual 10 ResMed shares, so $45 would be correct (assuming this is AUD we're talking about) when the stock is $4.50 here.
