Prices for Houses is based on Supply/Demand. 300k growth in Population is Ok so long as excess new dwellings are built with the infrastucture.

The Crazy thing the Government does is make red tape Regulations so Thick for regular Builders like me. And then Big Corpoate developers get a Gold pass to do whatever the Farkthey Like any how they like to build.

The Crazy thing is in 10 years Time when China and India walk in here with Slabs of Cash, they will just Buy what they like and start building whatever they like without even applying for a permit.

It will make the red take of the last 20 years look so Pointless. Because the Red tape will only apply to builders like me with 30 years Building Experience.

New Money that walks into this Country will just do whatever they like and either Bribe or snuff any MP or Counciller that stands in their way.

Red tape will not be an issue for them. Red tape is only an issue for the likes of me , because Im not going to Bribe anyone , or threaten or Bully anyone just to get a Building Approval.

The Main Problem is that most Councils and Government departments dont have anyone in there that has been a builder or ran their own Buisness.

So they all just feel they are entitled to just turn up, waste a week of time and go home with a pay packet.
