Everyone, including me, looks to have been scaled back about 30% (received 70% of what we asked for). However, the SPP was 44% oversubscribed and MEL stated on 7/12 they were only going to raise the $25m which means we should of been scaled back by 44% (received 56% of what we asked for).....
Any ideas? Did anyone get scaled back by more than 30%? Did anyone get nothing?
