I have been saying accumulation for months. Maybe be it was just me trying to convince myself. But as soon as institutional interest is there strange things happen.
re the Citigroup thing. My thoughts are they are in this to make money. So they need to cover shorts?? So if 4% of company has been shorted under $1.02 they are in the green once price goes higher. The trend is still up for commodity, so this is safe bet. These guys make money off retail traders.
