It used to be stocks & shares were for an investment to gain the dividend but that has all changed now with the advent of computers and instant trading platforms. when you consider that money in the bank earns 4% interest if you bought stocks at 4c then you would have needed to get out at 4.4c to earn a whole years interest . But most are too greedy and want more more more
