Re. the Ballieu Holst 69c Valuation on PLS........while it sounds good i'm suspicious of a brokerage firms that have 60%+ of stocks under coverage as a buy. only 3% as sell.
Cmon! you lose a lot of credibility if you are saying most of the market is a buy.
