According to the annual report last year (see below)it could be only one of ten people who are selling. It seems like they have already sold about 2mil, selling down from 2.6 to 1.9. Now they have 6.5mil to sell at 1.9.
How far are they prepared to go to sell off their remaining holding?? not to mention how long it could take.
Yes this could be an opportunity but at this stage with nobody putting there hands up to buy any of this stock the buyer at .01 might be thinking he is in with a chance.
