G'Day, Some time back we had discussions on who and what the Holy Spirit is, who is the Advocate, Spirit of truth and I was saying it was all God. He was dwelling in Jesus, so when Jesus was to leave that or he would be going with him, so he said I will send another, replacing himself and the Spirit within him. John 16:14 - He (Spirit of truth) will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. It was the Father that Glorified Jesus and Jesus also asks the Father to glorify him. 1 & 2 Cor shows us that we are Temples, one shows God dwelling in us and the other the Holy Spirit is dwelling in our Temple. Same writer interchanges the two, because they are one in the same. There is not 2 separate beings or Spirits dwelling in these verses. Depending on context it would appear, the Holy Spirit can be ref as it, this, that, he and him etc. God is Spirit and not a Spirit, the latter would limit him imo. I believe the taking of mine and showing you is, the word of God, truth of and translations. Everything revolves around words. Just from your own works etc within your faith, or mission, you would know full well how far words can go and mean to people.

I agree in many ways. Our words shape us. But words without deeds are empty forms. Baha'u'llah states that we should "let deeds, not words be your adorning"........that's not to say words are not important, but they cannot be inconsistent with our deeds. Kam
