If you step outside the Bible as your suggesting, pretty much the majority that you will find, is the bias tradition of men and Truth is NOT a numbers game. If we apply the basics of your previous words - words say what they say and mean what they mean and align that with the overall theme of the Bible, then if one is not bias, the truth of the Bible message, should shine. Most suggest a pre-existing Jesus, became flesh, effectively entered Mary. Of all the numerous prophesies in the OT, it was Never spoken in the context, that the one to come, pre -existed in some way shape or form. Luke's child like language of it's opener, is very clear that this is Jesus's first ever beginnings, outside of a plan within God. OT must interpret the NT, but never the less, the 3 Gospels make it clear. Jesus is a 2nd Adam accept he was Made by the word and power of God and that is all that came down. Due to that, the 2nd Adam man is deemed as heavenly as he was not made of dust. To create a pre-exiting one, half God and half man, is to grossly lower the achievements of what the man Jesus did and to boot, the power of God.

Outside the bible is the context of the whole world, all of history, the human race, all the countless beliefs we have held throughout our existence......the history of the books of the bible, the evolving theology, how they were compiled, etcetera.
