100% agree. zero interest in a TO.$6 is lowball & simply offensive.
I wouldn't go need it with a barge pole, maybe times that by 3 or 4 times. Nah, happy to collect the 6 monthly divvies for the next 5-10 years. by then we're a good chance to be $18-20 anyway.
