The reason the share price has been in a downward spiral is because of its patents. No one including the governments of the world want such a powerful patent to be in private ownership for 25 years. Why do you think its always in court and will continue to do so. The technology is so hot everyone wants a piece of the action. Its was on catalyst about it a while ago. Also no one wants to part with their money and then find someone else wins a patent case against them. I would also like to point out to my knowlege, their have only been 2 patents overturned. At best someone will be sharing their technology as the csiro did. As well as this you and i both know how easy it is to move share prices. Shares are falling lately on a hand full of shares you try buying a big bundle and see it move.
Finaly BLT is its patents, would be worth nothing without it.
