It’s almost 7 years since Starpharma hyped up SPL7013 and Zika Virus and mixed in some Olympic excitement. This ‘development’ was then ramped within an inch of its life on this forum.

“If I can gain enough attention by drawing some of those non-owners of Starpharma stock to this forum based on the hot news item of Zika Virus, and subsequent to this, them purchasing shares in company on fundamentals, my job has been done.”

CEO Jackie Fairley even told the ASX in May 2016:
”Starpharma is now investigating the inclusion of Zika in the list of viruses inactivated for the VivaGel® condom.”

2023: So far, nope. Still apparently not on the approved list.

This is just what Starpharma led by 17 year CEO Jackie Fairley do. Many announcements of potential developments have just drifted away without execution, update or explanation.
