Domestic tourists will just have to visit Australia, its a big country.
The finance system will have to be remodelled as will the tertiary sector.
Some elites will want to come and go as they please. That does not mean they can despite the private jets etc..
There would have to be specific compliance set-ups at separate locations from the main hubs for international travel because we cannot accept this constant big city disruption.
If it means hotels have to remodel themselves so be it as well as other functions like conferences etc... with the online world etc..
Government will have to get real about unemployment figures and prosperity of various wage/remuneration options tomaintain order and incentives
