i'm with you kg. if these negative posters were saying we would have a great six years in the market ( probably 15) in the past i would take a bit more notice but even then if u are right once doesnt make you right twice.
i think the world is a bit different now although no doubt we need to learn lessons from history - like no airline stocks, no property trusts( esp ones who borrowed which they all did after costello let them ) , no land developers, no stocks who invent profits
