Yes there needs to be a new Organising System as capitalism and socialism both have had their day and even the current form of democracy.
In this day and age of online systems why cannot people be allowed to vote on every piece of legislation on-line?
Politicians role no longer needs to be voting on laws on our behalf but rather propose and draft the new laws and then put it to the voters and they can voice their opinion by on line voting. That would be true democracy. Those people they do not care one way or another about a particular piece of legislation do not have to vote.
