The current dividend with a payout ratio of about 73% may not be sustainable (unlikely) at current levels if you strip out the nearly $9 million in one off significant items from the closure of the automotive plant from earnings.
Note that the revenues have not increased in 3 years while profits did. Now that profits are at best stagnating and no new businesses then what is the incentive to own this stock?
