There is no difference on anything that matters between any political party that "wins" office. This is because they are all controlled by the same people. So there will be MORE migration, not less and there are known reasons for this that I am sure you can find if you do your own research.
Real people with real power decided at some point that they would be less susceptible to be "blamed" for anything if they weren't the visual people "in charge" and "taking responsibility". Same as with the banking system. They used to run the actual banks people went to for money, now they run the banks that other banks go to, the central banks, the world banks, the IMF. There are layers to these things now. Control the money, control the people and no one can even point a finger at you for the blame because you've layered yourself away from it. Smart.
So until you get rid of these people controlling things all you can do is keep wondering why year after year life keeps getting worse, it is planned and it will continue because these smart people with their plans crush any bug that notices their plan and tries to do something about it. Of course they may not succeed, natural or "god like" events may stop them, if we are lucky.
