if he was a board member of a dodgy company there is no way in hell he would’ve got the chairman’s position. Think about it... he would have gone through the ringer with all the due diligence the appointees would have undertaken. Yet here we are an ex ISX board member now head of the equivalent of ASIC. Action speaks louder than words.
