I know a LOT more than what I did since the last ann. was made.

I know that ASIC is 'not happy" with PDY, won't let them come out of their voluntary suspension, and is still awaiting more clarification/answers regarding PDYs last ann.
17 days now since PDY said everything was good to go, so what's the problem?
Might have something to do with no possibility or proof that $6bill. is available? We may find out what is going on some time soon, and I certainly wouldn't like to be in PDYs shoes if ASIC finds any wrong doings have been committed that have ultimately deceived or misinformed the market.

Highly likely that all trades for the last 6 months or so are being investigated as well.
