You have idiots running the business who have delivered increasing losses for eight years and now they have added another failure to the management team.
They have made one basic error after another and often repeating the same errors time and time again, so what makes you think they can turn it around .
If your business is technically insolvent and you keep buying more insolvent businesses then eventually the liquidators are called in.
Its not rocket science.
