So Starpharma are now well into the 4th year of the development...

So Starpharma are now well into the 4th year of the development and option agreement with AstraZeneca which was signed on 4/6/2019. I wonder how much money the Starpharma boffins have spent so far on this and why there has been no disclosed results or disclosed progress.

@antibotter you were very bullish on the completion and results of the option agreement and have stated on numerous occasions:

17/2/20 ”Completion of pre-clinical is less than 12 months from June 2019........so within the next 4.5 months” ~@antibotter

21/2/20 ”We could have an answer before June 2020” ~@antibotter

01/11/20 ”Should not be long before we have disclosure” ~@antibotter

08/4/21 ”We will know sometime this calendar year(2021) ....if indeed Faslodex is the undisclosed drug AstraZeneca has given permission for Starpharma to do research on” ~@antibotter

23/08/21 ”Starpharma must be so close to completion of pre clinical trials with an undisclosed AstraZeneca molecule” ~@antibotter

What are your thoughts now @antibotter and have you discussed this with Jackie Fairley? It’s pre-clinical for god’s sake, so it shouldn’t take 3-4 years. Perhaps this is another ‘master stroke’ by our CEO in her 16th consecutive year. This is definitely a question that a shareholder should ask at the AGM.
