    my guess of 3 explanations for what Antibotter previous think is a fulvestrant program
    1. Project not successful - not going anywhere this should be announced.

    2. project having problems but ongoing so perhaps expensive for SPL and Risky. delay announcement

    3. Project mostly successful but Astra not interested in pay $5m as took too long and have other better opportunities and SPL BD not capable of find other partner - delay announcement.
