    This one hit 8c - as we predicted its bottom would be, and then was bought back up by the insiders and probably brokers too as they should have. It was, and has been a disaster. Otherwise good company and good numbers

    Despite it being a disaster- as it was always going to be- I have no problems with them raising money provided it is to grow revenue, and a strategic reason. If it is for a partner and the trade is that the Chairman says well then you need to buy shares in the company that could suggest a good signal. So private placement yes. General Capital raise no. That would be horrible. But I can't imagine that.

    They're all a mess anyway. Golden Health was the most recent listing IIRC. I'm sure its hanging on by its fingernail before the post listing buying evaporates and it inevitably slides to half its IPO price

    Buy these when they are trading at 1 x earnings and less than cash backing- because they cash has ZERO value
