Maybe they were getting it out of the way prior to another announcement, notice the terminology over the BV launch in Australia and NZ has changed to " Shortly" that is a bit different fron " Soon" or "In the New Year" Shortly to me means imminent so maybe that is just about ready to go, we shall see.
