Let's try another way to figure out the TIE price, again using WAF.
TIE's current DFS calls for 260,000 oz in the first year at $USD 650 per oz. However the original DFS had a SAG mill with a 4 MTPA capacity, where as they have installed a mill with 4.5 MTPA capacity.
So the first year's production should be 260,000 *4.5/4 = 290,000 oz.
First years earnings should be 290,000 oz at $USD1,700 - $650 or $USD 304,500,000.
Convert to AUD $USD 304,500,000 * 1.5 = $AUD 456,000,000.
950 million shares on issue, so earnings per share is $0.48.
WAF's share price is about 5 times earnings, using that TIE's shares should be $2.40.
Reduce that price by 20% to be on the safe side and you get a predicted share price of $1.90.
So 2 different ways of calculating the price and they both end up round about the same number.
That is my price prediction - June/July 2023 - $1.70 - $1.90. Let's see if I am right.
I am open to comments.
