It's supposed to be quite nice and mild but there's lots of information around saying that Tilapia may not be very healthy to eat. It has high levels of omega 6 but low levels of the good omega 3 fatty acid. Apparently they are farmed and fed anything from antibiotics to pig and chicken poop and have 10 times more carcinogens than other types of fish. Not sure if this is all true but I have heard that all farmed fish are a lot less nutritious than wild caught fish.
