I think the lab to lab model he describes instead of building individual clinics is a great model. Not only will it keep costs down and margins up, involving both sleep clinicians and dentists in the process is a win win situation for the customer. His personal experiences and dental knowledge has put him in the box seat for the best outcome for patients, and moving to nylon pieces will drive margins further. Carestream is a big partner along with the others, and 20 pieces a month should be exceeded if they believe in the product as he says. This has the makings of a good business.
