Time for action!

Fellow Starpharma followers,

You will soon see on the AGM Agenda that John Richard Wise (who you know as @joohnno) has been nominated and seconded for a role as a non-executive director. I have the support of Allan Gray, the largest shareholder as well as at least three other top twenty shareholders. I currently control 260,000 shares.

Winning this election will require your support and I urge you to review my contributions to this forum over the last decade and, if you feel it appropriate, give me your vote. This is important, not only for the company but for the rights of shareholders in general to have a better voice and be properly informed.

Please go to the registry web site (the link will be on the AGM agenda notice) and vote!

I will, in the meantime, respond to your questions on my candidacy submitted on this thread.

If elected, I plan to stay in this forum but any postings, I might make, will, necessarily be ones which respect privileged information and board confidentiality undertakings.
