Good to hear positive action being taken by a long standing shareholder to try and improve the quality of the company's BOD, and management's communication with the market. Your past postings show the interest, and frustrations, that you have with SPL and largely shared by myself..... and I'm sure with others here.
Could you elaborate on what skill-set you will bring to the board table, particularly any biotechnological experience ( scientific, legal, start up VC etc) as well as other board memberships ( esp biotech company) etc ? Thanks.
I'm keen to vote my 300,000 +shares in favour of a new board member that can actually help drive the company's excellent R & D towards successful commercialisation, as well as improve shareholder communications etc.
