The person that Ramcap want to inject in to the Board (Phillip Jackson) is and has been the Chairman of Anax Metals (ASX: ANX) for the past 21 years.
So - after being the Chair for 21 years, they have a market cap of $16 million and are yet to generate revenue.
Andromeda do not need another under-achiever being put on the Board!
I've been dealing with them in regards to my nomination for a Director position. Let me just say that I do not trust them at all.
