Yes definitely a pre-emptive strike, probably hatched during or soon after last weeks presentation. The presentation obviously whetted their appetite and made an attack whilst uncertainty and apparent weakness abounds in the Boardroom. Interesting the strike has been in the midst of an EO and the obvious need for cash.
Hope the Board they have the fortitude to not surrender.
