Don't know the rules and regs but wouldnt think they had to release the chairmans address from the meeting.
No need if it only contains the same information that has previously been released to the market. If not, then can understand it being released.
I think companies just do it for those investors who can't attend and keep them happy, and perhaps this is where EMS could improve on in communication.
Looking forward to the trials starting and hearing the results.
