I disagree here... our MD and the team would not be so bullish on the great Buffalo... if the risk due to the maritime border changes were to affect the bottom line of bringing it to the surface... this would have been factored into their cost / profit estimates... i could be wrong but have had no reason to doubt what the company tells it's shareholders to date..Lucky us... a PSC on the way !! : )
