I think just about everyone on the forum is bewildered and unimpressed by the way things work in Sweden.
i really feel sorry for MC and the TLG group for having to exercise so much patience with a smile.
As per info from several posts on this forum, the CRMA Act was ratified on 3rd May and has come into effect as of today ie. 23rd May 2024. I presume ( or am hoping) TLG has already prepared the application for critical project status and submitted today or will do so in the very near future. Hopefully applications will be processed as they come in. Since TLG has already been put thru the wringer for all critical requirements to operate the mine, and has an approved mining permit, the assessment for approval should be quick, but, we are talking Sweden, so who knows !!
Anyone on the forum has any input or thoughts on this?
