y0jimbo - this has been speculated on a couple of times over the years. Now I am far from an expert, but my feeling is that it won't happen at this point in time . Adrian DiMarco and John Mctaggart hold roughly 26% ( although they did sell 3m shares (1%) back in November on market). I would think only if they are willing to sell will it happen. Hypernion hold around 12%.
At a prospective P/E multiple of around 40 it would be a big price for any suitor.
But let's face it, TNE is a great company and anything is possible.
I guess at some stage up the track it will happen.
