To drop or not to drop (out of the ASX 200)

Hi, Just wanting some clarification and to seek opinions on the possibility of ASB dropping out of the ASX200 list.

Austal as of today is at the bottom of the ASX200 index. Given the dent to the LSV margin and write downs the short term sentiment will remain bearish. We saw a large drop in SP today and can expect more selling this week.  We are not expecting a dividend increase despite all the contract wins in recent announcements. The 200 day moving average is still down trending.

My bet is that ASB drops out of the ASX 200 index at the next quarterly re-balancing. Strangely the short interest is rather low.
