Yes it should start but like everyone else they are going to want the shares as cheap as possible. And this is the biggest risk. The share price could halve quite quickly.
eg post consolidation it looks like we will be about 62.5c would not take much for anyone wanting to accumulate shares to drop that to 50c 40c or lower. So effectively we could be looking at a significant drop.
it may come down to how low the seed is willing to go to sell his shares.
I hope like someone mentioned earlier that there maybe an investor willing to do a x trade with him and take a chunk of his shares and holt the potential slide or he might stop selling for a while and let the share price head north for a little bit.
All I really know is they won't be getting any of mine.
