yes Those are things that have happened as you say.
They reveal whether on balance People are Buying or Selling.

So it depends on whether you think
accumulation or distribution that "has happened"
has any effect on the immediate trend in the share price.

Here at this price level if
we see price supported . some volume going through
A nice close etc ... All that could tell us that the selling that has been going on is finished * as you said they can no sell after hey have sold *

Being a logical place as well, makes it a good place to watch closely.
